Jennifer Mathis is the VP of Career Training at ACI Learning. Jennifer lives to crush obstacles; a Hoosier native, Jennifer started her career by combining her love for athletics with her passion for making a difference. She started championing the ideology of upskilling early in her career. Serving as the spouse of an active-duty Coastguardsmen, she transferred to Virginia, achieved her MBA from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA, and led a remote team as the Director of Healthcare Services with RGIS, LLC aiming to bridge the gap between data, influence and decision-making. Jennifer’s final permanent change of station has grounded her in Jacksonville, FL. She is dedicated to strengthening our human infrastructure, building confidence of those in transition and closing the tech skills gap.
